221: The Psychology of Personal Relating. (A skill-based learning course).
Successful relationships, whether at work, home or school, are dependent on the quality of communication - everyday and moment-to-moment - among membersof the group. Organisations, like families, do not survive much less thrive without excellent communication at all levels and between levels.
There is no shortage of communication workshops, videos and "how to relate" workshops but their is a shortage of skill practice with coaching. This course will improve your ability to relate to difficult people (people who see the world differently to us) whether it is a parent/child, professional/client, worker/worker or manager/employee role relationship.
